Elevate Care Providers LLC is urgently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to provide Private Duty Nursing services in Columbia Missouri. We offer one‑on‑one home care with flexible scheduling and immediate starts for qualified nurses.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing care in the client’s home, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs, seizures, and respiratory status. Compliance with Plan of Care and clear family communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Missouri LPN or RN license (or eligible Compact license).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Able to pass background screenings.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication and thorough documentation skills.
• Home care or pediatric private duty nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the client’s home.
• Administer medications as ordered.
• Provide G-tube feeding and care when required.
• Monitor seizures and follow precautions.
• Provide respiratory monitoring when required.
• Trach care, suctioning, BiPAP or ventilator care as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and changes in condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation.
• Follow physician‑ordered Plan of Care.
• Communicate changes or concerns with family and Elevate Care Providers.
