Job summary
Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a 33-year-old male client in Missouri. The successful candidate will hold a Missouri LPN or RN license and CPR/BLS certification and have private duty or home-care experience.
Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring changes, documenting nursing care, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- Current Missouri LPN or RN license or qualifying multistate compact license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Private duty or home-care experience preferred
- Must complete required background and compliance screenings
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently in a home-care environment
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care according to the established plan of care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor the client's condition and report significant changes
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Follow infection-control and safety procedures
- Communicate appropriately with the family and Elevate Care Providers clinical team
