Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing for an adult client in the Airport Road area of St. Louis, Missouri.

The role is based in the client’s home with a schedule totaling about 48 hours per week. The successful nurse will follow the physician-approved plan of care, administer medications, monitor the client, and document all services while maintaining a safe and respectful home environment.

Formación

• Active Missouri RN or LPN license (or MO-recognized compact)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Private duty, home health, or adult nursing experience preferred
• Must be dependable, patient, professional, and capable of working independently

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, attentive, one-on-one nursing care in the client's home
• Follow the physician-approved plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor the client's condition and report significant changes
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed
• Document nursing services accurately and on time
• Communicate professionally with client, family, physician, and agency
• Maintain a clean, safe, respectful, and comfortable care environment
• Follow infection-control, emergency, and agency procedures
