Elevate Care Providers LLC is urgently hiring an LPN or RN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care for an adult female client with Cerebral Palsy in Ferguson, Missouri. This role offers consistent hours and a stable schedule, focusing on meaningful patient-centered care in a home setting.

The position features a Monday to Monday schedule with care on Mondays and every other Saturday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, plus opportunities for additional hours and cases.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN or RN license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Home health or Private Duty Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Medication administration.
• Monitor patient condition and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Complete accurate nursing documentation.
• Communicate professionally with family and care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment.
