Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) for private-duty home care in Milton and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate nursing services in patients' homes, supporting families and coordinating with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB skin test updated within last 12 months.
• Six months nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home nursing care as an LPN/LVN in patients' homes.
• Document patient care using the electronic tablet in each home.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient status.
• Support families with care plans and education.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
