Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for in-home clinical work in Irwin, PA. The schedule includes night shifts (10pm or 11pm to 6am or 7am) Thursday through Monday, serving pediatric patients with low-acuity needs.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required; Aveanna can assist after hire if needed.
• TB test completed within last 12 months and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home LPN/LVN nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients.
• Document care via a tablet and coordinate with family and clinicians.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and medication administration per plan.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
