Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate in-home care. You will work to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes and support patients and families in a private duty setting.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), 24/7 local support, and opportunities for skill advancement with paid training, plus weekly/daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package based on employment status and location.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification (hands-on component) required.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients enrolled with Aveanna.
• Assist with basic medical tasks and monitor patient condition.
• Document patient care using the tablet system in each home.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required

• Must have reliable transportation
