Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our private duty homecare team. You will deliver skilled nursing in patients' homes, coordinating care with clinicians and families to achieve excellent outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), days/nights/weekends, 24/7 local support, tablet-based documentation, paid training, and benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance, PTO and a company stock plan.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) and TB skin test.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
