Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.

• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty home nursing care to patients in assigned homes.
• Document care using a tablet and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Support patients and families with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
