Job summary

Comprehensive Nursing Services Inc in Carney, MD seeks compassionate LPNs and RNs for private duty care of a 38-year-old male with a g-tube. Work one-on-one in the client’s home, with shifts including Friday night into Saturday morning. Training is available for G-tube, Trach, and Vent care; CPR/BLS is required.

Licensed nurses must hold MD or multi-state licensure, with pediatric experience a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered after probationary period.

Qualifications

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in MD or Multistate compact.
• RN or LPN licensure required, CPR/BLS certification mandatory.
• Willingness to train in G-tube/Trach/Vent care; pediatric experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one in the client's home.
• Complete nursing assessment.
• Administer medications and treatments per Plan of Care.
• Document nursing notes clearly and concisely.

The following shift(s) are available for this case:

Friday: 8P-8A

Job Responsibilities

• Working one-on-one in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner

Job Requirements

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently
• Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
• Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
• Pediatric experience a plus

Benefits/Salary Information

• Pay Range: $26-42 per hour. Pay rates are determined by licensure, skills, experience, and varies per case.
• Employees will receive time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 90 days of continuous full-time employment
