The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, serving pediatric and/or adult populations. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring orders are followed and patient conditions monitored.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, documenting data and nursing diagnoses, and providing direct nursing services per orders.

• Preferably at least one year of professional nursing experience
