Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health in Indiana seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients. You will apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care, and coordinate education and discharge planning.

The role requires a current LPN license, health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification. Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory; flexible full-time or part-time shifts are available with comprehensive
