Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in Florida. The role emphasizes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care using the nursing process, delivering skilled nursing services per orders on each assignment, and ensuring patient safety in a home setting.

Ideal candidates hold an LPN/LVN license, TB or Chest X-ray clearance, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• TB or Chest X-Ray clearance and BLS certification.
• Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
