Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Private Duty LPN to provide 1:1 patient care in Unionville, TN. You will follow the client's plan of care, document nursing actions, and communicate with families and physicians.

This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with team support and strong growth opportunities. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts, Tuition discounts & reimbursement,

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with active license in state of practice.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and proof of insurance.
• CPR certification (professional).
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence.
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results.
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs.
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on hand.
• Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician.
