Job summary

Adoration Private Duty, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a dedicated LPN for private duty in Greenback, TN. The role involves 1:1 patient care with a focus on dignity, independence, and adherence to the client’s plan of care.

The schedule is full-time, days, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team environment in home-based care. Prior home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with current unrestricted license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home Health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care following the client’s plan of care.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed.
• Document nursing actions and communicate with family, case manager and physicians.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings as needed.
• Ensure patient needs are met per physician’s instructions.
