Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty LPN in Unionville, TN to provide 1:1 client care in a home health setting. You will work full-time days with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

You will administer medications, document care, and coordinate supplies while maintaining patient dignity and independence. LPN license in TN and CPR certification are required.

Formación

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with current unrestricted license in TN.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 client care following the plan of care while maintaining dignity.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care per plan and assessments.
• Document nursing actions and communicate with family, case manager, and physicians.
• Coordinate supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure availability.
• Ensure patient needs are met per physician instructions.
