Adoration Health, part of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Private Duty LPN for daytime shifts in Maynardville, TN. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered 1:1 home health care under a physician’s plan of care.

The Private Duty team values independence with team support, stability, and opportunities for advancement in a growing home health organization. Schedule: Full-Time, Days, with school-friendly hours for pediatric care.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with current unrestriced license in state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• CPR certification (professional).
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client care per plan of care.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care.
• Document nursing actions and communicate with family and care team.
• Coordinate or order supplies and meds as needed.
• Ensure patient needs align with physician instructions.

Skills

CPR certification

G-tube experience

Valid driver’s license

Nursing experience 1+ yrs
