Adoration Private Duty is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities

1. Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice.
2. Provide patient and family education according to plan as outlined by the RN.
3. Monitor patient’s vital signs and record observations.
4. Monitor and record intake and output, reporting significant changes immediately.
5. Assess and document patient’s physical and mental condition, reporting any changes.
6. Administer medications as instructed by the physician and RN.
7. Attend staff meetings and in-service education programs as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR Certification.
• Previous experience in home health, private duty, skilled nursing, or hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and families.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license with current automobile insurance.
