Southern Health Partners is seeking an LPN Nurse for the Claiborne County Jail to provide patient care and administer medications under correctional guidelines. Location: Claiborne County Jail

Open Position: LPN Nurse

Schedule: Monday - Friday (2pm - 10:30pm)

Sign-On and Retention Bonus

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s)
2. Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations
3. Follow through with established treatment plans
4. Perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking
