Position Details

Location: West Knoxville, TN 37931

Schedule:

• Part-time
• 12 PM - 10 PM
• Varied weekdays

Patient Care Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Medication management
• G-Tube care
• Incontinence care
• Seizure precautions

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing procedures within LPN scope
• Educate patients and families as outlined by RN
• Monitor vital signs and patient observations
• Record intake/output and report changes
• Assess and document patient condition
• Administer medications as ordered, document accordingly
• Participate in team meetings and educational programs

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in good standing
• Experience in private duty, home health, hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing preferred
• Active CPR certification
• Familiarity with electronic health records
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
