CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking an in-home Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care to pediatric and/or adult patients in Orlando, Florida.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, current TB or Chest X-ray, and BLS certification, with at least one year of nursing experience. You will perform skilled nursing duties, document patient data, and collaborate with families to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• BLS certification and at least 1 year of nursing experience.
