Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA with home care experience preferred.
• Experience with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients desired.
• Comfortable providing personal care tasks and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls.
• Provide basic personal care including hygiene and dressing.
• Monitor oxygen therapy as needed and report changes.
• Prepare light snacks or drinks when requested.
• Offer companionship and emotional support during shifts.
• Document and report changes in client condition promptly.
• Follow the patient’s care plan and safety protocols.
