Job summary

Centria Healthcare is hiring CNAs and HHAs to provide compassionate in-home support. You will work one-on-one with clients in private homes, assisting with mobility, personal care, and daily activities under a care plan. Competitive pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or equivalent home care experience preferred.
• Experience with mobility-impaired or fall-risk clients desired.
• Ability to perform personal care tasks independently within a private home setting.
• Comfort with documenting care using tablets or computers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls.
• Provide basic personal care (hygiene, toileting, dressing).
• Monitor and assist with oxygen therapy as needed.
• Prepare light snacks or drinks on request.
• Offer companionship and emotional support during shifts.
• Follow the client’s care plan and document changes promptly.
