Job summary

Centria Healthcare is hiring CNAs and HHAs to provide in-home, one-on-one support for clients in a private residence. You will help with transfers, personal care, medication reminders, and daily activities while maintaining a safe and compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNA/HHA preferred for home care.
• Comfort with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients.
• Ability to follow a care plan and document changes.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate in private homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe transfers and mobility to prevent falls.
• Provide medication reminders and basic personal care.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support during shifts.
• Document changes in client condition promptly.
• Follow care plans and local/state/federal requirements.
