Qualifikationen

• Active, current, unrestricted CNA certification in the state of practice.
• One year of healthcare experience with adults.
• Current registration in State Nurse Aide Registry as a Certified Nurse Aide.

Aufgaben

• Provide comfort care, dignity and privacy for the patient.
• Obtain vital signs for assigned patients.
• Report patient progress to supervisory personnel.
• Observe and report changes in condition, including skin integrity.
• Assist with personal hygiene, meal prep, errands, and related tasks.
• Coordinate care with RN Supervisor and maintain records of visits.
