Job summary

PruittHealth invites a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join Family First Services in a private duty role in Johns Creek, GA. The schedule runs daily from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, supporting patient hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.

The CNA will work under supervision to ensure comfort, safety and dignity, coordinating with the agency RN and maintaining accurate visit records. Prior experience with private duty is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold active CNA certification in the state of practice and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with patients, families and staff.
• Strong commitment to dignity, privacy and patient rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort care with dignity and privacy.
• Take and document patient vital signs.
• Follow procedures for emergencies and incidents.
• Report patient progress to supervisors.
• Observe changes in condition and skin integrity.
• Provide companionship, errands, meal prep and related tasks.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation and exercise.
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Maintain safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment.
• Coordinate care with RN supervisor and document visits.
