The Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, part of Autograph Collection and managed by Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks a Private Dining Sales Manager in Miami Beach. The role focuses on driving private dining, restaurant buyouts, group dining, and special event sales while coordinating contracts, space blocking, and detailed event orders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hospitality, restaurant or private event sales
• Extensive experience in new business development, prospecting and lead qualification is required
• Proactive sales approach, assertive and fast paced, driven to succeed
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of respective market segment, competitor's strengths, weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Creativity and innovation in developing unique event concepts
• Working knowledge of banquet department (sets, AV equipment, scheduling, menu planning)
• Ability to design menus in conjunction with the culinary department to maximize operating profit
• Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM system, i.e. Delphi, Daylight and/or brand CRM such as Marriott CI/TY or Starwood ISAC is preferred

Responsabilités

• Solicit, confirm and coordinate new bookings for all private dining events.
• Utilize CI to block space, prepare contracts, and detail event orders for clients.
• Prepare, implement and compile yearly and quarterly strategic action plans with a Sales Leader to achieve revenue goals.
• Build relationships with and maintain a strong network of local residential and hotel concierges.
