Job summary

The Post Oak is seeking a Private Dining Coordinator to join our events team in New York. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to generate new business and maintain relationships with current accounts, while coordinating with the Food & Beverage and culinary teams to ensure flawless event execution.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience in hospitality, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a restaurant or hotel operation.
• Team player with a guest-first attitude; Be FRIEND, Accommodating, Inclusive and Respectful.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and maintain contact with present accounts under the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage and culinary teams to ensure thorough planning and preparation for all events.
• Process and record inquiries, bookings, deposits and revenues in Delphi.
