Job summary

Harper Associates Llc's client, a prominent private country club in the Detroit suburbs, is seeking an experienced Catering & Special Events Coordinator or Manager. You will work with club members to plan weddings, showers, and corporate events, organizing parties and golf outings, and ensuring requests are carried out.

Responsibilities include detailing menus, contracts, BEOs, floral coordination, room diagrams, linens, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hospitality degree preferred.
• Experience in upscale hotel catering, country club, or conference facility.
• Attention to detail and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan weddings, showers, private events, and corporate meetings/golf outings with members.
• Prepare and coordinate BEOs, menus, contracts, letters, and floral/linen details.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure flawless event execution.
