Harper Associates Llc is seeking a Country Club Member Dining Room Chef in the Detroit Suburbs to lead all culinary operations for the club’s à la carte restaurant and deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, develop seasonal menus, recruit and mentor the culinary team, and manage costs while upholding high sanitation and safety standards. Collaboration with leadership ensures superior member service.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in upscale dining environments.
• Experience with private clubs, resorts or hotels preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, food quality, presentation, and service execution.
• Develop creative, seasonal menus and member-focused specials.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and lead the culinary team.
• Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and departmental P&L.
• Maintain high sanitation, safety, organization, and consistency.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership and front-of-house to enhance member experience.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and creative kitchen culture.
