Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.
• 10+ years in private credit operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead private-credit operating model within Loan Operations.
• Drive design of private-credit deal lifecycle and documentation workflows.
• Ensure data standards and structure align across systems.
• Collaborate with Investor, Finance, Treasury, Product, Tech and Data teams.
