Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a Senior Commercial Strategy professional to support the Private Credit and Lending Solutions teams. The role involves P&L oversight, client engagement, and collaboration with product, sales, and professional services to drive revenue growth.

The candidate will work with vendor partners, evaluate acquisition targets, and help implement new commercial strategies across global markets. Regular travel and 3 days/week in office are expected.

Qualifications

• BA degree with a solid academic record.
• 7–10+ years of relevant lending/private markets experience.
• Familiarity with private credit and credit agreements.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proven communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy across Private Credit and Lending Solutions.
• Assist with P&L and client engagement, and collaborate with product and marketing.
• Lead initiatives to implement new solutions and guide commercial strategies.
• Engage with vendor partnerships and potential acquisition targets.
