Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in private credit operations or loan operations.
• Experience leading operating model design and process improvement.
• Strong collaboration across Investor, Finance, Treasury, Product, Technology, and Data teams.
• Experience with fund administration and multi-system data flows.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the private-credit operating model and strategy within Loan Operations.
• Drive process enhancements across the private credit deal lifecycle.
• Ensure data quality and structure alignment across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage operational risks.
• Mentor junior team members and grow the function.
