Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York invites an Associate to join Private Credit Solutions within Global Alternatives Investment Solutions. You will help source, underwrite, and monitor a range of third‑party funds, with exposure to secondary commitments and co‑investments across the full investment lifecycle.

You will work with senior investment professionals and external counterparties globally, developing a differentiated view of private credit strategies and market cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in private investment due diligence or related investing.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting skillset.
• Experience producing investment committee materials and due diligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present structured conclusions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Market map, source and evaluate opportunities across credit strategies.
• Underwriting and diligence on funds, managers, and historical performance.
• Develop analytical models for return attribution, catchment of cash flows.
• Own IC and stakeholder materials, underwriting decks, and portfolio reviews.
• Monitor portfolio performance versus underwriting; identify drivers of variance.
• Develop market perspective by tracking macro trends and strategy performance.
• Collaborate globally with NY, London, and India teams.
