Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in private credit investing/transactions with ownership of workstreams.
• Strong underwriting across corporate/structured credit and covenants.
• Ability to drive time-sensitive processes with multiple stakeholders (legal, tax, risk, operations).
• Excellent written and oral communication; present to investment committees.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and execute private credit secondaries and co-investments across North America.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution across concurrent processes.
• Conduct detailed diligence and underwriting, including risk analysis and manager assessment.
• Prepare and present investment materials to committees and senior stakeholders.
• Partner with portfolio managers on construction and post-close monitoring.
• Help build scalable underwriting frameworks and diligence playbooks.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and participate in client discussions as appropriate.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through day-to-day deal leadership.
