Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Private Credit Solutions Investments Analyst within the GAIS division to support sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring private investment funds and co-investments. You will collaborate with other GAIS teams, attend meetings with fund managers, and develop knowledge of private markets.

The role involves rigorous investment analysis and creation of detailed investment collateral. Travel may be required on a limited basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in investment banking or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring private investment funds.
• Attend meetings with prospective and existing fund managers.
• Build knowledge of private markets and follow ongoing trends.
• Complete rigorous investment analysis, including assessment of fund managers’ prior track record, operations metrics, cash flows, and value creation.
• Create detailed investment collateral including investment committee presentations.
• Closely monitor and document post-investment updates, including manager update calls and client reporting.
• Be able to travel on a limited basis.
