Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in private credit and/or related credit investing/transactions.
• Strong underwriting background across corporate and/or structured credit.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex, time-sensitive processes with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong judgment and relationship skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and execute private credit secondaries (GP-led and LP-led) and co-investment/direct opportunities across North America.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution across multiple concurrent live processes, including diligence planning, coordination, negotiation support, documentation review, and closing.
• Conduct detailed trade- and fund-level diligence and underwriting, including analysis of credit risk, manager assessment, covenants, and leverage.
• Prepare and present investment materials (screening notes, memoranda, portfolio recommendations) and communicate key risks to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with portfolio managers on portfolio construction and post-close monitoring; re-underwriting as needed.
• Help build scalable underwriting frameworks, diligence playbooks, and execution processes for scaling the strategy.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and participate in client/investor discussions to articulate strategy and rationale.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through deal leadership and feedback.
