PGIM Ireland, the global asset management arm of Prudential Financial, is seeking an experienced Client Reporting professional in Newark, NJ. The role focuses on automation, data needs, and ad hoc reporting for institutional, retail, and affiliate clients worldwide, with direct lending private credit experience highly valued.

You will partner with Technology and Client Reporting teams, manage multiple projects, and drive improvements in reporting processes while staying current with market

Qualifications

• 4 years of asset management work experience.
• Experience with direct lending private credit products.
• Experience with systems such as Wall Street Office, Aladdin, Vermilion or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience with SQL queries.
• Understanding data flows and database structure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, information systems, technology, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Reporting team and stakeholders to improve clarity and usefulness of reporting deliverables.
• Lead initiatives to reduce cycle time or manual effort through tooling, templates, or automation.
• Serve as liaison between Client Reporting and Technology groups.
• Manage competing projects and issues.
• Anticipate issues that may affect deadlines and mitigate risk.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and service providers.
• Keep abreast of industry initiatives and market trends that impact the business.
