State Street is seeking a Fund Accounting & Administration Officer to support hedge fund and private market clients within our Alternative Investment Solutions team. You will oversee staff, manage workflows, and maintain client relationships while ensuring accurate financial work papers and fee calculations.

The role requires 5–6 years of Private Market experience, strong communication and leadership, and familiarity with complex fund structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–6 years of Private Market experience.
• Experience with alternative investment asset classes and fee calculations desirable.
• High pressure, deadline-driven environment; CPA favorable but not required.
• Investran or Geneva experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing staff across levels (Associate 1, Associate 2, Senior Associate).
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines.
• Liaise with client personnel daily and maintain relationships with investment professionals, auditors and lawyers.
• Review quarterly and annual financial work papers, portfolio schedules and allocations.
• Review and/or prepare complex fee calculations, management fees, waterfall and capital allocations.
