Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate on the Private Credit Solutions team in New York to originate, underwrite, and execute private credit secondary investments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience (private credit secondaries, lending, investing).
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting skills.
• Experience producing investment committee materials and due diligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; defend conclusions clearly.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate opportunities across private credit secondary transactions; manage pipeline.
• Drive underwriting and diligence on funds, portfolios, managers, and exposures.
• Build and refine financial models to assess returns and risk.
• Own IC and stakeholder materials including memoranda and decks.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution with sponsors, intermediaries, and legal teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify drivers of variance and risk.
• Develop market perspective by tracking trends across US/global private credit.
• Collaborate with colleagues in NY, London, and India.
