Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate on the Private Credit Solutions team within Global Alternatives Investment Solutions in New York.

You will originate, underwrite, and execute private credit secondary investments, with exposure to primary fund commitments and co-investments, collaborating with senior investment professionals worldwide. You will contribute across the investment lifecycle from sourcing to IC approval, closing, and portfolio monitoring, gaining a differentiated view

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
3+ years of relevant private credit experience.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting skills.
Experience producing investment committee materials and due diligence.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present conclusions.
Attention to detail, organization, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Source and evaluate opportunities across LP-led and GP-led private credit secondaries.
Drive underwriting and diligence on funds, loan portfolios, managers, and exposures.
Build and refine financial models to assess returns and risk.
Own IC and stakeholder materials including memoranda and decks.
Coordinate end-to-end execution with sponsors, fund managers, and legal advisors.
Monitor portfolio performance versus underwriting and identify variance drivers.
Develop market perspective by tracking trends and macro conditions.
Collaborate globally with New York, London, and India teams.
