The Associate will build detailed financial models, analyze leverage and credit risk, and support sponsor-backed transactions from screening to closing, collaborating with senior investment professionals.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and underwrite new private credit investment opportunities.
• Support sponsor-backed leveraged buyout transactions from initial screening through closing.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including downside, leverage, liquidity, and cash flow analyses.
• Conduct industry, market, customer, and competitive diligence.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal investment committees.
• Participate in all aspects of transaction execution alongside senior investment professionals.
• Monitor portfolio company performance, covenant compliance, amendments, refinancings, and add-on investment opportunities.
• Track market, sector, and credit developments that may impact portfolio investments.
