The ideal candidate will conduct financial modeling, diligence, and credit analysis, support deal structuring, and contribute to portfolio monitoring and investment memos for the Investment Committee.

Qualifikationen

• 6-10 years of experience in investment banking (leveraged finance), private credit, or direct lending.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Aufgaben

• Investment Analysis & Underwriting: conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and credit analysis.
• Deal Execution: support transaction structuring, documentation, and coordination with legal advisors.
• Portfolio Management: monitor investments, track performance metrics, identify risks and opportunities.
• Investment Committee Support: prepare and present investment memos and recommendations.
• Operational Support: assist with reporting, deal flow tracking, and internal documentation.
