Job summary

Mission Staffing is seeking a seasoned investment professional for a private credit investment firm in the United States. The role involves providing investment and transaction analysis, preparing opportunities for the Investment Committee, and supporting sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring activities.

The candidate will interact with investment banks, restructuring advisers, and legal counsel, contributing to a fast-paced environment while maintaining rigorous attention to detail

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of investment banking, direct lending, or restructuring experience preferable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong work ethic with ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Compensation:

Expected base salary for this position is between $150,000 and $175,000. However, base pay if hired will be determined commensurate with experience and is only a part of the total compensation package which includes eligibility for a discretionary bonus and a robust benefits package.
