Role Overview

The firm’s private credit strategy provides flexible financing solutions to middle-market companies, including senior, unitranche, and subordinated debt. The Associate will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, supporting sourcing, diligence, execution, and ongoing portfolio management across sectors such as industrials, business services, and consumer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence on prospective investments
• Support structuring and execution of credit transactions
• Prepare investment materials, including memos and presentations for internal committees
• Monitor portfolio performance, including financial tracking and covenant compliance
