Job summary

Partners Group in Denver is seeking a driven investment professional to join the Private Credit Investment team. You will contribute across sourcing, due diligence, execution, and ongoing portfolio monitoring from our Denver office.

Responsibilities include quantitative analysis, LBO modelling, and building relationships with sponsors while supporting fundraising initiatives. The role requires 2+ years in investment and a strong academic background, with the right to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in an investment role (private credit / private equity), debt advisory, or investment banking (leveraged finance, M&A).
• Passion for investing in mid-market companies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop close relationships over time.
• Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail with demonstrable financial modelling skills.
• Strong academic record with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top University.
• Candidates must have the right to work in the US.

Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $155,000- $175,000 and a performance-based bonus and equity are additional parts of the total compensation package.
