• Perform detailed financial analysis on historical balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow performance, and evaluate projection models with sensitivity analysis.
• Conduct due diligence on originators, borrowers, and guarantors, analyzing transaction structures, creditworthiness of counterparties, and collateral quality.
• Assess credit risk associated with underlying assets and provide relevant comparative analysis.
• Monitor ongoing performance of transactions, comparing current results to prior periods and planned performance to ensure compliance with credit agreements.
