• Evaluate and underwrite private credit, special situations, and opportunistic investment opportunities, including detailed financial and credit analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess company performance, downside scenarios, capital structures, and investment returns.
• Conduct due diligence on prospective investments, analyzing business fundamentals, industry dynamics, management teams, and key credit risks.
• Prepare investment committee materials, transaction memos, and presentations, communicating key findings and investment recommendations to senior team members.
