About the role:

• Analyze collateral and borrower cash flows to support asset-based loan underwriting
• Help structure new ABL transactions, including advance rates, covenants, and terms
• Support deal execution from diligence through closing alongside senior team members
• Monitor portfolio companies and collateral performance on an ongoing basis
• Work directly with senior investors on investment memos, lender updates, and decision-making
