Job summary

Westhaven Golf Club in Franklin, TN is hiring part-time servers for Wicked Slice, our new restaurant. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering meals and drinks with a focus on outstanding service within a private club environment.

Shifts run from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. Compensation is $8 per hour plus tips and opportunities for guest interaction in a premier club setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid TIPS certification.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, and be physically active for extended periods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, courteous greetings and exceptional service to all members and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
• Take Food & Beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Input orders into the point of sales system with attention to detail.
• Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
• Prepare drinks and/or serve wine.
• Serve food & beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentations and quality.
• Monitor and anticipate guest’s needs throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area.
• Present checks to guests for signatures.
